RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your items.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange.

RETURNS
To be eligible for a refund, all returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items returned after 15-28 days will only be eligible for a credit note. You can return items either in store (at our boutique in Coleshill) or via post.
SALE ITEMS
Discounted items are only eligible for a credit note, (not refund) within 14 days of original purchase.
RETURN PROCESS VIA POSTAGE
To return an item, please email us at hello@glitzybits.online or message via our Facebook page to let us know that you wish to make a return. Place the item securely in its original packaging, with a copy of your receipt and mail your return to the following address: Glitzy Bits Boutique, 7 Parkfield Road, Coleshill, B46 3LD
EXCEPTIONS
Earrings and jewellery
We hope you understand that as we are a small independent boutique we cannot offer a free returns service so you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we cannot refund the items if they are lost during mailing.
